Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed with Everlast Peptides. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or professional, and that all products are purchased strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are sensitive research materials whose integrity, sterility, and stability cannot be verified once they have left our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have shipped, and we do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, or change of mind after an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at info@everlastpeptides.com as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly, often the same or next business day. We are only able to honor a cancellation if your request reaches us before the order has been packed or handed to the carrier. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@everlastpeptides.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue and the shipping packaging. Claims submitted after this 48-hour window cannot be honored. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement of the same item or, where a replacement is unavailable, a refund for the affected item.

Non-Delivery and Lost Packages

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with others at your address and your local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution of lost-package claims depends on the carrier’s findings and any available shipping insurance.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders that are refused at delivery, or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, are not eligible for a full refund. Any refund issued in these cases will exclude original shipping costs and any return-shipping or carrier fees incurred.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Once approved, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed on our end, plus any additional time required by your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.
